MSP Mesh Map

About Us

Managing a modern MSP stack means juggling a growing list of platforms that each do their job well — but rarely work together the way you need them to. Your RMM monitors endpoints. Your PSA manages tickets. Your vendors bill separately. Your documentation sits in its own silo. And somewhere in between, you’re spending hours every month manually bridging the gaps — reconciling invoices, routing alerts, updating docs, and wishing your tools would just talk to each other.

Why we built this

MSP Mesh Map was built to solve exactly that problem — without asking you to replace anything. We believe MSPs shouldn’t have to rip out a platform they love just because it’s missing one integration. If you love your PSA but hate its billing, keep the PSA. If your RMM is rock solid but its alerting is noisy and unstructured, keep the RMM. MSP Mesh Map sits between your existing tools and maps what’s missing — connecting your RMM, PSA, vendors, documentation, and billing into a single unified mesh without disrupting what already works.

What we’re building

At its core MSP Mesh Map is two things. Mesh Map Billing connects your vendors — whether through API, exported files, or manual entry — and lets you build custom client bundles that push accurate invoices directly to your PSA or QuickBooks. No more 1:1 vendor mapping, no more reconciliation headaches. Mesh Map Alerts takes every alert from every tool, routes them through a single mailbox, and automatically creates, updates, and closes tickets in your PSA using predefined templates and your own escalation rules. Your docs in Hudu or ITGlue stay current without manual intervention.

The result is an MSP operation that runs the way it should — connected, automated, and fully visible — built on the tools you already trust.
